Interest groups within Inclusion Platform can be generated at any time based on the needs of the day. Interest groups will have 3 levels of user: Member, qualified contributor, and moderator. They may also have a fourth group designated professional, which is a paid lobbyist hired by Inclusion Inc. to enact change through congress.
